5. Caistor-Nettleton-Rothwell circular Wolds walk. This energetic walk follows the Viking Way from Caistor up the Nettleton Valley, past the old ironstone mines and near the highest part of the Wolds where on a fine day you can see both the Humber Bridge and Lincoln Cathedral. Descend into Rothwell before ascending again to the ridge back to Caistor.
